How we route across the metro
Soft-wash equipment doesn't move fast between job sites — the truck, the tank, the surface cleaner, the ladders, all have to come along. To keep pricing flat regardless of where you live in the metro, we cluster routes by neighborhood and run 2-4 jobs in a circuit. A north-metro day might cover Rockford, Comstock Park, Belmont, and a Walker stop on the way back. An east-metro day catches Ada, Forest Hills, Cascade.
For you, that just means the schedule depends a bit on which city you're in — east-metro jobs sometimes get scheduled an extra day or two out so we can pair with another east-metro job. Most weeks during peak season we run all four directions, so scheduling delay is small.
