House wash + driveway
Honest pricing, up front.
We give a free, flat-rate quote from a single photo on every job, usually back the same afternoon — and the number we send is the number on the invoice. Here's exactly what decides it, so you know what you're looking at before you ever call. 5★ on Google · 49 reviews.

House wash
Free quotePriced on the size of the home and how many storeys — a two-storey costs more to reach safely — plus how much growth is on it. Full plant-safe soft-wash of your siding, no high pressure.
Details →Roof soft wash
Free quotePriced on the roof's square footage, its pitch, and how heavy the streaking is. Low-pressure soft-wash chemistry that kills the algae without voiding your shingle warranty.
Details →Driveway & concrete
Free quotePriced by the square footage of concrete and what's in it — oil shadows and rust take longer than plain dirt. Surface-cleaned to an even, bright finish, no zebra striping.
Details →Gutter cleaning
Free quotePriced on the total run of gutter, the height of the home, how long it's been, and whether guards have to come up and go back. Hand-cleared, bagged and hauled.
Details →Deck & fence
Free quotePriced by the square footage or the linear run, the material, and whether both sides need doing. A gentle wash that strips grey weathering without furring the wood.
Details →Walkways & hard surfaces
Free quotePriced by area and surface — pavers, brick and stamped concrete take more care than a flat slab. Add it to another service and it's one trip instead of two.
Details →What decides your number.
Six things, in roughly the order they matter. Every one of them is visible in a photo, which is why we can quote without coming out.
- The size of the house Square footage and the run of siding is the first thing we measure off your photo. It's the single biggest factor on a house wash.
- One storey or two Height changes the equipment, the time and the safety setup. A two-storey home is a different job from a ranch, not the same job scaled up.
- Which surfaces Siding, roof, driveway, walkways, gutters, deck, fence — each one is priced on its own, and you pick which ones you actually want done.
- How dirty it is Light green film rinses. Years of black streaking, heavy moss, rust or oil takes more product and more time on the surface.
- Access Landscaping to protect, tight side yards, steep grade, or a spigot that's a long way from the work all add time.
- How much you do at once One trip covering four surfaces costs less than four separate visits, because the drive, the setup and the tear-down only happen once.
Package bundles.
One trip, one crew, every surface — always less than booking them as separate visits. Most folks pick Whole House.
House + driveway + walkways
House + driveway + walkways + gutters
House + roof soft wash + driveway + walkways + gutters
Annual care plan.
Quoted for your house and locked in at renewal — and it costs less than booking the two washes separately.

- Priority scheduling
- A flat number, not an hourly rate You approve one number for the whole job. It's what you pay, whether it takes us longer than we thought or not.
- Bundles beat booking separately Every package costs less than the same services booked as separate visits — one drive, one setup, one crew.
- Free quote, good for 30 days Send a photo or we'll come look. No site visit needed and nothing owed to ask.
Questions about the number.
- Why aren't there prices on this page? Because a number printed on a website and the number our crew gives you standing in your driveway have to be the same number, and on exterior cleaning they often can't be. Two houses the same size can be a long way apart on price depending on the storeys, the growth and the access. We'd rather send you one honest flat number for your house, from a photo, the same afternoon.
- So how do I find out what my house costs? Text us one photo of what you want cleaned. You get a flat-rate number back, usually the same afternoon — no site visit, no estimator to schedule, nothing owed to ask. The number we send is the number on the invoice.
- Is the quote really flat-rate? Yes. You approve one number for the job before we book it, and that's what you pay. We don't bill by the hour and we don't add to it on the day. If we find something we didn't see in the photo, we tell you before we start it, not after.
- Is there a minimum job? There is, and it exists because the drive, the setup and the tear-down cost the same whether the job is small or large. You're told it up front. Small jobs usually roll into a package so you get more done for it.
- Is a bundle actually cheaper? Yes, and for a boring reason: one trip. Everything except the actual cleaning — the drive out, hooking up, protecting landscaping, packing down — only happens once. That saving goes into the package price rather than into four separate invoices.
Every job is a free quote.
Send one photo and you get one flat number back, usually the same afternoon. It depends on the size of the home, how much growth there is, and which surfaces you want done — and you approve it before we book anything. The number you agree to is the number you pay. No high pressure on your siding, and none in the sales pitch either.
Our guarantee: streak-free, or we re-clean within 7 days — free.
