Privacy Policy

Plain English: we collect what we need to quote and complete your job, we use a few standard tools to run the website and our phones, and we don't sell your information to anyone.

Who we are

Elevation Exterior Cleaning is a division of Elevation Home Co., the operating brand of Elevation Visuals LLC, a Michigan limited liability company. This policy covers elevationexteriorcleaning.com and the quotes, calls, and texts that come through it.

Information you give us

When you request a quote, call, text, or email us, we collect what you send:

Contact details — your name and phone number (required on the quote form), plus your email or service address if you share them.
Job details — the service you're asking about, and any photos or descriptions of your property you send us.
Anything else you write us — the contents of your texts, emails, and voicemails.

We ask only for what we need to price and schedule the work. We do not collect payment card numbers on this website; if you pay us, it happens through our invoicing provider, not here.

Information collected automatically

Website analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages people visit and how they found us. It sets cookies and records things like your approximate location (city level, from your IP address), device and browser type, pages viewed, and referring site.
Advertising measurement. We advertise on Google. Google's conversion tracking tag tells us when a visit that came from an ad turns into a quote request or a call. Google may set cookies or similar identifiers to do this and may use that data to serve ads, subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
Call tracking. We use CallRail. It swaps the phone number shown on the site so we can tell which ad or page produced a call. When you call us we receive your phone number, the time and length of the call, and which page or ad you called from. Calls may be recorded or transcribed for quality and training. If you'd rather not be recorded, say so at the start of the call and we'll stop the recording, or reach us by text or email instead.
Hosting logs. Our host (Cloudflare) keeps standard server logs and provides security and bot filtering.

How we use it

To prepare your quote, schedule the work, and do the job.
To contact you about your quote or job — by phone, text, or email.
To send invoices and collect payment, and to follow up about future service.
To measure which ads and pages actually produce calls, so we don't waste money on the ones that don't.
To keep records we're required to keep, and to resolve disputes.

Text messages

Texting a photo is the fastest way to get a quote, so most of our conversations happen over SMS. When you give us your phone number or text us first, you're agreeing that we can text you back about your quote and your job. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts, or just tell us. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. We do not sell or share your phone number with anyone for their own marketing, and we do not send you text messages from an autodialer.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we never have. We share it only with the companies that help us run the business, and only so they can do that job for us:

Google — website analytics and ad measurement.
CallRail — phone call routing, tracking, and recording.
Cloudflare — website hosting and security.
Our scheduling and invoicing software — to book your job and bill you.
Our crew and subcontractors — the people who actually show up, who get your address and job details.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to enforce our agreements, or to protect someone's safety or our rights.

Cookies and how to opt out

This site uses cookies for analytics and ad measurement, described above. You have a few ways to limit them:

Your browser settings let you block or delete cookies. The site still works without them.
Google offers the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on and ad controls at My Ad Center.
Most browsers send a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal. We don't sell data or serve cross-context behavioral advertising of our own, so there's nothing for us to turn off — but we honor these signals where our providers support them.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests and job records for as long as we're doing business with you and afterward for as long as we need them for warranty, tax, and legal purposes — generally seven years for financial records. Analytics and call-tracking data follow the retention settings of those services, typically 14 months to a few years. Ask us to delete something and we will, unless we're required to keep it.

Your choices

Michigan does not currently have a comprehensive consumer privacy law, and we're a local service business — so most state privacy statutes don't apply to us. We'd rather not hide behind that. Email hello@elevationhome.co and we will, within a reasonable time and free of charge:

Tell you what information we have about you.
Correct anything that's wrong.
Delete it, if we're not legally required to keep it.
Stop contacting you — by text, email, phone, or all three.

Photos of your property

We often photograph our work for before-and-after examples. Those photos show the property, never your name, address, or house number. If you'd rather we didn't photograph your home at all, tell the crew or email us and we'll note it on your account. If we've already posted something you want taken down, ask and we'll remove it.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and we keep customer records in access-controlled software. No system is perfect, and we can't promise that a determined attacker will never get through — but we don't keep card numbers or Social Security numbers, so there's very little here worth stealing.

Children

This site is for adults arranging home services. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we'll delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy we'll update the effective date at the top. Material changes will be obvious — we're not going to quietly start selling your data.
