Why soft wash matters even more commercially

Commercial facades are exactly where the wrong method does expensive damage — high pressure on EIFS/stucco, painted block, and metal panels can force water behind the cladding, blow out sealant, and strip finish and signage. We soft-wash those surfaces and reserve pressure for the hard horizontal stuff — concrete, walkways, pads, and lots — where it belongs.
